Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://alainmonde.com website (the “Service”) operated by Alain Monde (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

We use cookies to ensure that we give you the best experience on our website. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Orders

All the orders created on a particular day are sent for production after midnight of that particular day.
Orders are printed and despatched within 2-5 working days.(we need a production lead time of 2-5 working days for the printing process.)
Please note that the actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination.
You will be notified via email once the order is shipped from our end. You will also receive the order tracking information.
The payment for printing orders is processed during the online checkout process.
Orders being shipped to the EU and the UK will not be charged extra tax at the border. Purchases made outside this territories may be subject to customs charges, the level of which is determined by the customs rules of the country of delivery.
We do not include printed receipts or invoices in your order package.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that sometimes a customer may change their mind and want to cancel their order. Unfortunately, once the order has been placed online, there is no way to modify or cancel that. That’s because We use collaborative printing partners who will make custom prints, directly to you, so unfortunately we cannot refund your money.
We provide as much information as possible on our products and services to help guide your decisions to ensure you are happy with the finished results. Our satisfaction guarantee policy guarantees that if you are not satisfied with your products or our service, and have followed our information and advice where applicable, we will always try to find provide a solution to the issue of your order.Our policy guarantees that we will provide the customer with a solution. However, we reserve the right to resort to statutory consumer rights where we feel there is an abuse of fairness/trust in the request or to this goodwill policy.
If you have an issue with your order, we will be happy to help you with a solution.
Please note that as each digital screen is different, the colours of the prints/original artwork may vary slightly from the colours shown on the screen. This physically means that on the paper may show deeper, sometimes darker tones than what you see on the screen. This is a natural process, not a mistake. No complaints will be accepted on this basis.

Postage

By default, the orders to the UK and EU/EEA are sent via postage
We send out an email when we dispatch your order, and this contains the tracking information. (Sometimes these emails get blocked by spam filters.)
The default option for the UK and EU/EEA, is postage.
We use Royal Mail in the UK (shipped from London base) and Deutsche Post for the EU/EEA (Shipped from Dusseldorf base). For any countries outside these regions orders are shipped express courier.
Royal Mail Tracked 24® Postage service.1-3 working days from time of dispatch (UK delivery. Royal Mail target times and actual may vary)
Delivery times apply once your order is dispatched.
Estimated delivery dates are on a best-endeavours basis.
Your order is placed into extra protective 100% sustainably sourced and recyclable card packaging ready for dispatch.
Our rules on packaging or packages that we send out. Do prints get sent out in envelopes, i.e. flat or rolled in tubes.
This depends on the size.

We try to save our world

As of 01 July 2019, our printing parners are using an end-to-end carbon neutral service. They use the “Gold Standard” to offset our carbon emissions as recommended by Friends of the Earth, Greenpeace and WWF UK.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Alain Monde and its licensors.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Alain Monde.

Alain Monde has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
